Our Initiatives

Minimize waste production

Minimize the production of waste by managing it efficiently (implementation of the APP ‘Too Good to go’ to avoid food waste).

Plastics disposal

We achieve this by purchasing local or nearby products to contribute to caring for the environment and promoting a circular and more supportive economy.

Regeneration and destination concept

Support for local events and initiatives through agreements with fairs, international events, town halls and communities.

Our commitment to energy saving and sustainable construction

Sustainable building practices imply respecting and being committed to the preservation of the environment, efficiently consuming energy and water and using natural resources and materials which are not harmful to the environment.

It is not easy to change building construction systems and to manage their operation. This reality is even more palpable in the rehabilitation of historic buildings. In order to achieve part of the objectives of a reasonably sustainable building from an environmental and energy efficient point of view, it is necessary to take all these elements into account from the beginning of the design phase, and with commitment carry it all though to the construction phase. At CoolRooms Hotels our commitment to energy saving and sustainable construction is unwavering.
