Cancellation Policy

  • For customers with prepaid rate bookings

We will allow changes and cancellations without charge or penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice (from 14h00 hours, 15 days before arrival) or no-show, we will charge the full amount to your credit card and cancel the reservation.

You may change the dates of your stay once, up to 72 hours prior to arrival free of charge.

Please note that any changes to existing bookings will be subject to availability and any difference in rate.

Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with group bookings.

  • For customers with flexible rate bookings

we will allow changes and cancellations to the booking without charge or penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Except for high season periods, the deadline will be 7 days prior to arrival for the dates indicated:

    • Christmas 2022: From 23 December to 2 January 2023 inclusive, cancellation policy free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival date, the charge is made during the penalty period, late cancellation, reduction of nights, or no show implies the cost of 100% of the stay.
    • Easter week 2023: From 31 March to 09 April inclusive, free cancellation policy up to 7 days before the arrival date, the charge is made during the penalty period, late cancellation, reduction of nights, or no show implies the cost of 100% of the stay.
    • Sevilla’s Spring Fair 2023: From 21 April to 29 April inclusive, free cancellation policy up to 7 days prior to arrival date, the charge is made during the penalty period, late cancellation or no show implies the cost of 100% of the stay.
    • Christmas 2023: From 22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024 inclusive, cancellation policy free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival date, charge is made during penalty period, late cancellation, reduction of nights, or no show implies the cost of 100% of the stay.

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before your arrival (from 14h00 hours, two days before your arrival) or in case of no-show, we will charge your credit card for one night and cancel the reservation.

In case of cancellation in high season with less than 7 days notice (from 14:00 hours, 7 days prior to arrival) or no-show, we will charge 100% of the stay to your credit card.

Payments

For customers booking on prepaid rates, 100% of total amount will be charged at the end of the reservation.

During the check-in, you will be asked to present the credit card originally used for the reservation. If you do not have the physical card, you will be asked to present another credit card in your name or make the full payment in cash, leaving a €100 deposit per night. We have taken these measures to avoid credit card frauds. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For customers with flexible rate bookings the full charge for the stay will be made during check-in. (except in high season, see cancellation policy

The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of your credit card details prior to arrival. This is a standard process, the amount of the first night may be charged and the value of this charge will be refunded immediately upon verification.
