CoolRooms Palacio de Luces has re-opened its doors to welcome springtime. Our chef, Nacho García Canellada, wanted to rise to the occasion by creating a totally new spring menu for Tella. A gastronomic offer that combines perfectly the flavours of the Asturian land and the cuisine brought here from the Indies. Fabada bean stew, fishes from Lastre’s market, pitu chicken, verdina beans, anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea… It’s all about dishes made with fresh, local and seasonal products, united to a careful and meticulous execution to delight the most exigent palates.
