Visit to Los Caserinos in Villaviciosa, a totally family-owned Asturian cheese factory with a long cattle tradition. You will see how is the process of making cheese, rice pudding and organic yogurt. You will be able to see animals of some of the native Asturian breeds: xalda sheep, Asturian cow from the Valleys, pita pinta, Asturian Celtic gochu, as well as calves, goats, rabbits and you will enjoy a cheese tasting.
