Patricia Martín empezó su camino en CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha, una casa palacio de 1852 en pleno corazón del Barrio de las Letras, cuando el hotel aún estaba por descubrir. Creció con él. Hoy lo lidera.
Su recorrido es de los que se construyen desde dentro: empezó en recepción, evolucionó junto al proyecto desde la apertura del hotel y hoy está al frente de uno de los espacios de lujo más singulares del centro de Madrid.
Hablamos con ella sobre intuición, evolución y ese arte invisible de convertir un hotel en un lugar donde realmente apetece quedarse.

Patricia Martín began her journey at CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha, a 1852 palace house in the heart of Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras, when the hotel was still waiting to be discovered. She grew alongside it. Today, she leads it.
Her career path is one built from within: she started at reception, evolved alongside the project from the hotel’s very beginning, and today stands at the helm of one of the most distinctive luxury stays in central Madrid.
We spoke with her about intuition, evolution, and the invisible art of turning a hotel into a place where people truly want to stay.
