This is a great hotel in a good location. It was fairly easy to walk to everything in the old town. The restaurant was good and the spa was great. There was always someone very attentive in the lobby. They helped with my bags and checked in daily with gifts and water. I would recommend this hotel.

A lovely 2 night stay in early March.Very friendly and professional front desk team. Large rooms with extremely comfortable beds and lovely crisp linen. Large bathrooms. The location is quiet. Huge bonus is you can arrange parking with the hotel and it is not difficult to enter this part of the city. Superb breakfast!

Walking into the Palacio de Villapanes transformed our impressions of Seville. We stayed 2 nights while sightseeing in Seville. The hotel(member of Small Leading Hotels) was ready for us despite an early arrival. We stayed in Rm 111. The hotel public facilities are small but exquisite, and seemed to be catering to a european clientelle (I think we may have been the only Americans there). In addition to a lovely bedroom area, the room included a full walk-in closet, a sitting area with a desk, and a bathroom bigger than many hotels rooms I've had the pleasure of visiting--chaise lounge and full size soaking tub in the bathroom, in addition to a full walk-in spa shower and and a separate room with the toilet and bidet. Thick walls with double paned windows, no noise from the street. Very quiet and relaxing.||Breakfast is served downstairs, and includes a first course of yogurt with granola, fresh fruit and nuts followed by hot entrees cooked to order. ||The bar area is small, but has a large outdoor patio. The restaurant (we ate dinner there once) is small, with excellent service.||Hotel is in the old quarter, very narrow one way streets, but within 10 minutes walking distance to the Cathedral and city center. Several delicious restaurants and tapas bars in short walking distance.||Strongly recommend for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

She was very professional and I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever enjoyed.

Perfect location of this impressive and well maintained palacio hotel! The rooms had all the amenities and a wide range of good quality products! We had a couple of issues with the room but the staff immediately found a solution to accommodate us. Very efficient and always kind!! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

This is the most luxurious, elegant, relaxing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in-- by far! I felt like royalty! It was truly a magnificent and outstanding experience for us. The room was palatial, large and sumptuously appointed, and the amenities (generous bath products from Moulton Brown, complimentary bottle of orange wine and chocolates, etc) were so thoughtful. The king size bed was extremely comfortable with good pillows.The entire hotel is beautiful and impressive and the history of the building was interesting. The breakfast was delicious and the bar area was relaxing and fun. It was warm enough one day to enjoy the sunshine on the rooftop for a bit, and the view of Seville was delightful. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. The location was quiet and it was easy to walk to local attractions. I cannot state enthusiastically enough what an incredible experience we had at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanes-- thank you!

My husband, my service dog and I, stayed at this wonderful hotel for five nights. The three of us were warmly greeted - something I truly appreciate regarding my service dog! Palacio de Villapanes is essentially a Riad. It was difficult to stop gazing at the wonders of this architecture. We were given a room upgrade (Expedia). The suite was extremely comfortable. The staff were always catering to us. They booked delicious restaurants for us. We had a wonderful time and loved Sevilla. Thank you!

Such a beautiful place with a wonderful staff! I hosted a private lunch event at Villapanes for a women's retreat group I was hosting. From the start, the staff were incredibly efficient with replying to emails, being timely in communication, and so helpful. It made for such a smooth event. On the day of the event my guests were so pleased by the beautiful atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. Spacious, high quality and clean rooms with character. Outdoor patio was enjoyed with a coffee & pastry to start each day. Service was exceptional at the front desk and bar, plus this hotel has reasonably priced spa services that was a real treat.The location was good with excellent tapas and drinks within walking distance, plus a Michelin 5-Star restaurant within 8 minute walk. Only 15 minute walk to the Royal Alcazar of Seville and the world's largest cathedral.

Common areas are beautiful with a charming/cozy outdoor space. They have wonderful snacks and drinks available almost all day so you can grab a quick little something as you are running in or out. My wife and I stayed there and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk to many attractions. The service in the hotel was brilliant.All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and engaging. The room we had was spacious. The food at the hotel was also very good . We had a great meal in the courtyard one evening. Please also take the opportunity to visit the church which is annexed to the hotel.( it adjoins the reception). It is well worth a visit.

My husband and I stayed in Seville for one night and decided to stay here. We wish we stayed longer because of how amazing and central the hotel was. The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel itself is so unique and the history behind it made the stay more unique. It was super clean and felt like you were home. 10/10 would definitely recommend and next time we come to Seville we will be staying here! Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful hotel! Peaceful and elegant! Everything you need! The spa room with sauna and steam was so relaxing! Rooftop plunge pool and sunbathing area is a lovely retreat from the hubbub of the busy city. Location is terrific to see the sights of Seville. Our room was beautiful...super comfy bed and linens and amazing shower with Molton Brown shampoo and body wash.

This place is worth every penny. The staff went above and beyond and were always super friendly and helpful. For our elopement, we had our cake and bouquet delivered and the front desk helped us retrieve and refrigerate them. They allowed our photographer to shoot around their beautiful hotel and accommodated us when we needed anything. They helped call taxis which always arrived promptly. Hotel location is perfect walking distance from Cathedral, shopping, tapas and Alcazar. The room was clean and large. The shower features were amazing, I wish we had the same at home! Rooftop terrace has a terrific view. We didn’t get to try their spa services but we can’t wait to return here for years to come!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Your staff and service were outstanding. The dinner and flamenco performance was special and the food was expertly prepared and served.The velvet curtain separating the bath and bed rooms was insufficient to separate the two rooms. There needs to be a door OK anything There needs to be a door.The sink and vanity were too small; as a result water splashed. The faucet lever hit the mirror frame. The sink lighting was harsh and cast light that made use of the mirror difficult. There needs to be more shelving for toiletries. The bedroom chairs were uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here-the staff were friendly and welcoming and very informative about the local area. They made a special effort to welcome my husband with a few special touches to celebrate his birthday, which were much appreciated.The hotel has a lovely charm about it and the roof terrace is a lovely space to spend time relaxing after a day exploring the city. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully presented, with a huge bed (important!) and the bathroom had the most amazing shower that I wish I could have brought home with me! Took my 82 year old mother to Spain and we could not have been better taken care of on our vacation. The hotel is small and beautiful. We enjoyed staying here. The spa services you must use my facial was exceptional. My husband’s massage he also expressed was amazing and we have services often. Beautiful hotel gorgeous rooftop sun bathing area had it all to ourselves. Used the weight room. Dining as well delicious so happy we stayed.
