CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha is located in a palace from 1852 owned by Mr. Nemesio Sancha, a high official of the Overseas Ministry and knight of the Order of Charles III. Previously, it housed a hermitage and a convent, and today its 34 rooms bear witness to a perfect fusion of palatial spirit and the most contemporary design.<\/p>

Its walls have witnessed the passing of time and the rise of luxury in Madrid. Its entrance, guarded by the figure of the god Hermes, conveys the nobility of the building, and its passage of carriages, with the impressive 7-meter-high ceilings, leads us, if followed in a straight line, to a secret garden with a plungepool.<\/p>

The iconic Suite 19, the hotel\u2019s current event room, is perfectly preserved, except for the furniture and curtains. The walls are decorated with wallpapers, probably from the Madrid Royal Factory and considered to be of cultural interest by the Spanish Heritage Department. Its fireplace front is made of white Carrara marble and the gilded moldings are a recreation of the Louis XVI style.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CoolRooms Palacio de Villapan\u00e9s is a renovated 18th century palace that combines traditional nobility and contemporary indulgence. It is one of the most authentic accommodations in Seville, and its historical details are in perfect harmony with international design pieces by GCA architects and Patricia Urquiola. An emblematic palatial home commissioned by Admiral L\u00f3pez-Pintado, one of the most important member in the history of Andalusia, would end up holding the title of Marquis de Torre Blanca de Aljarafe and was Lieutenant General of the Navy, landowner, businessman, breeder, winemaker, art collector and good food lover.<\/p>

The palace was designed by Diego Antonio D\u00edaz, master builder of the archbishopric and possibly the most innovative architect of his time. He constructed it around 1729, is one of the main examples of baroque civil architecture in the city. The original construction, a two-story high building with double-column arcade lookouts, is a marvelous example of the Sevillian courtyard house, boasting a long fa\u00e7ade bay that spans along the hallway and the garage, together with other bays arranged around the main courtyard and the back garden.<\/p>

From December 2009, the Villapan\u00e9s Palace has been protected as a Heritage cultural interest site in Seville, since it is considered one of the main examples of baroque manifestations of the 18th century and preserves most of its original architectural elements. Its 50 spacious rooms, with palatial spirit and latest generation comfort, either have city views or magnificent courtyard views. Among these El Torre\u00f3n Suite stands out in the dome of the building: an 85m\u00b2 marvel with a terrace, beautifully coffered ceilings, open windows and a 19th century marble bathtub.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CoolRooms Palacio de Luces is the best kept secret in Asturias. A restored 16th century palace immersed in 13,000m\u00b2 gardens, just two kilometers away from the fishing village of Lastres. One of the most beautiful villages in Spain, boasting a labyrinth of streets filled with steps and its unrivaled port views.<\/p>

Between the sea and the mountains and surrounded by forests, lies our hotel, a true example of hospitality.<\/p>

El Palacio de Luces was founded in 1580 by Juan Victorero \u201cEl Viejo\u201d, a Spanish nobleman who went to the Americas and returned to his native Asturias bringing with him this faraway land\u2019s architectural, cultural and gastronomic influences. The building follows the type of constructions of its time, when manor houses replaced medieval towers. Its facade clearly shows the three expansion stages of the building (the last carried out during the 20th century), with enlightening symbols such as the coat of arms of Victorero, the Maltese Cross and Franciscan lace stonework.<\/p>

The hotel reopened in June 2021 after completing important renovations, redecoration and customer experience works performed by the construction company Antana, the architects and interior designers Proyecto Singular and the CoolRooms Hotels team. A process that has adapted the Palacio de las Luces to brand standards.<\/p>

Today, it is the ideal place to get away from the madding crowd and discover the joy of pleasure without noise or pollution. It has 44 classic-style rooms and suites, a refined gastronomy restaurant with Asturian roots and influence from the Americas, expertly led by Chef Pachi Ruiz. It also incorporates a wellness spa that includes a massage room and a heated pool.
