Sustainable building practices imply respecting and being committed to the preservation of the environment, efficiently consuming energy and water and using natural resources and materials which are not harmful to the environment.<\/p>

It is not easy to change building construction systems and to manage their operation. This reality is even more palpable in the rehabilitation of historic buildings.
